Supervisory roles are not just about being responsible for and enforcing safety protocols; they also have a crucial role in promoting a culture of health and safety in the workforce. At Cortech Training Services we emphasize the need for supervisors to lead by example and communicate the importance of safety measures to the entire team, through CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) authorised training courses, including the Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS). Cortech equips attendees with the tools and techniques necessary to supervise effectively, giving them the skills and ability to understand health, safety, welfare, and environmental issues, as well as their legal responsibilities relevant to their work activities.
The training courses are an invaluable resource for individuals in, or aspiring to take on, supervisory roles in the construction industry. With a strong emphasis on health, safety, and legal responsibilities, these courses allow participants to create a safer and more productive work environment.
